MEET WITH US
In this comprehensive "needs assessment," our goal is to deeply understand your requirements, business objectives, and talent needs. Additionally, we will unveil our meticulous "behind-the-scenes process" designed to pinpoint the perfect candidate tailored specifically to fulfill your needs.

DEFINE THE POSITION
Upon signing the agreement, we will commence crafting a detailed position description that accurately reflects your requirements. You'll gain insight into the effectiveness of our recruitment process and designate a job supervisor within your organization to serve as the primary liaison between ZIVA, yourself, and the employee throughout this process.

LIST OF CANDIDATES
Following a thorough recruiting process, you will be presented with a shortlist comprising the top candidates for the requested position. Armed with their CVs and portfolios, you will have the opportunity to personally handpick those you wish to interview and advance in the selection process. To facilitate your decision-making, we will coordinate and schedule final interviews with the chosen candidates.

FINAL ASSESSMENTS
In a meeting with the hiring manager of your company, our team conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the final candidates. Our objective is to ensure each candidate's suitability, alignment with the role and organizational culture, and overall fit for the position. The selected candidate will be presented with a job offer.
05.
ON-BOARDING AND TRAINING
Now it is time for your company to on-board and train the new employee. Prior to this, ZIVA will have already conducted a training session with them, outlining their individualized learning and development program, and introducing the integrated reporting system for monitoring and analyzing employee performance.
